Limo transfer excess mileage

I rarely use the limo service but did earlier this week due to needing to get back home. Driving distance from LHR T3 to my house is 104 to 110 miles, depending upon the route taken. As the crow flies it's considerably less. My understanding provides free limo transfers within a 75 mile radius.

Couldn't believe it when I was charged £92.30 which is approx £3 / mile excess. Even the driver said it was mad. Is this normal? Sounds very expensive to me, as a normal taxi only costs me £110 in the first place

Someone else on here recently had (and won) a battle with VS over the difference between radius and driving distance. Might be worth seeking out the thread.

Here is the thread.

In the section on the website that refers to the CDC at one point it clearly refers to radius but later in the FAQ under "How Do I Know I Am Eligible For Ground Transportation" refers to driven miles.
