Posted: 07 Oct 2016, 20:35I have had the full amount credited twice and then one credit replaced with just the bonus. However the flight we have boosted isn't until 4/11/16- so am even more confused than ever!!

Posted: 08 Oct 2016, 07:19Yeah there should be two transactions on your FC account - 1 for the miles you bought, and then one for the 30% bonus - but yes, its odd that they have credited prior to your flights!

Just to follow up on this, my bonus miles still haven't been added although the boosted miles part posted on the 22nd Sept. Does anyone know the date the bonus miles were to be added by ?
