On line check in unavailable
Posted: 08 Oct 2016, 23:05Trying to do online check in for VS1028 MCO/LGW but screen states unavailable. This is delayed flight VS028 from yesterday. Does anyone have any idea why this might be?

quite common problem with a number of airlines.
Your ticket / booking is for a particular flight but the delayed flight has a slightly different number - VS 1028 rather than VS 28
nothing to worry about.

Posted: 09 Oct 2016, 11:06Thank you for setting my mind at rest. Have now had a message from Virgin advising Disney Springs check in is closed today and they are unable to process online check in for our flight
