Just got an email asking me to complete a questionnaire on the virgin red app. Lots of questions about whether I would rather use my virgin red points to convert to VS miles or for purchases within the app. Really would like to see the option to convert to VS. Fingers crossed.

Likewise! I was keen to stress how I would like Virgin Atlantic miles from the app, but not use VA miles for purchases on the app.

Wonder how it would work. Cant see them giving 25 miles for answering a "this or that" survey!

I guess they might base it on your total monthly points total?

I too would never consider spending FC miles in the Red app.

Annoys me that FC miles reverse auctions always cost more than other reverse auctions

Actually the whole Red app itself is starting to get a little tedious and repetitive now as their special offers are nothing to write home about.

I agree completely. I used to use the app a lot but got bored with it. If I could earn FC miles on it that would sway me to use it again, but I would only spend them on flights.
