VAA Web Site & V-Flyer different codes upgrade info?

The VAA Web Site, regarding upgrading fares of different codes says;
"You can upgrade when purchasing a full adult fare in the following booking classes: W, S, H, Y, B, R, L, U, M, E, Q and X. Group bookings cannot be upgraded."
The info on V-Flyer regarding fares codes, and specifically which codes can be upgraded does not tally completely with what the VAA web says - a number of the codes that VAA say are upgradeable (see the quote above) V-Flyer says are not?
I'm assuming that the VAA web site is correct, so have I mis-interpreted the discrepancy withwhat the V-Flyer page says, or is the info out-of-date/wrong on V-Flyer. No problem if that's the case; just wanted to be sure before I get in a phone queue with VAA to book....
Thanks.
