I hope someone can help. Are there any shower facilities at Gatwick upon arrival? My wife and I will be arriving from BGI and would like to shower and freshen up before travelling north to Newcastle. I know there is no revival lounge at LGW but is there any facilities in LGW.? The only refernces I can find to such things existing date back to 2009.

Since posting I have found that by joining the "My Gatwick" site you can get one hour free access to the Regus lounge so with that in mind I have enrolled my Mrs and myself.

Bear in mind there is still some doubt as to whether the Regus lounge entry includes the shower or whether it's an extra charge. Would be great if you could report back.

Also the My Gatwick membership offering Regus entry is a great spot, I'll bear that in mind.

& also the video embedded in this page, there is no specific mention that the showers are an up-charge facility. I would have expected a "small print" pop-up message to appear, especially on the video if they were.

Even the Jennifer Aniston Emirates promo video has the "small print" pop-up to make it clear the showers are for First Class passengers only / the bar for First & Business Class only.

Useful link but it says, "Shower and 1 hour in the lounge: £12.50" but how much is a shower when you already have free lounge access? That's the question.

I'm going to ring tomorrow and hopefully clear this up failing that I'll turn up in two weeks time and find out in person. i'll post the result either way

Yes you get access to the lounge but showers are not included and will cost £20.

So a shower is £20 if you have free lounge access but £12.50 if you don't? Interesting pricing model!
