Hi All.
Not sure if this has been posted yet, but managed to get into my flying club account and discover my number number.
For those with MBNA cards, I had a lovely call with their team who said there should be no issue with the old flying club number still gaining miles for the short term, but are happy to take the number flying club number over the phone and offered to check once my statement is due if there were issued correctly.
Everything else goes via flying club - will wait to see what happens in a couple of weeks.
Have a lovely day
Matt

I've actually just sent MBNA on online message asking to update my FC number as well.
At least updating partner accounts to your current number, you then know it's up-to-date in case in the future the links are ever removed from previous FC numbers.
It would be easier if MBNA showed or even let you update your FC number via their online account system.

I just tried to get in to FC and it threw me all around the houses then told me to update my password.
I clicked on that and it came up with, Sorry we cant do that right now.
All I wanted to see was whether my Tesco points had gone over.

cant get into my account as my PW has special characters.
Reset option dont seem to work.
I do wonder how long it is until they get dumped by MBNA or the miles per £ get the 'blame brexit' treatment.
2 miles to £1, 20k needed for a trip to new york.
On a black card that is going to activate a PE voucher before you accumulate enough miles for the flight!
If your new to the card & you want to fly 2 then :-
18500 sign up bonus
spend £10,750 = 21,500 miles
Total 40,000 miles
2x E to PE vouchers.
Enough for 2x Returns in PE to the East Coast!
Wash & repeat in the other travellers name.

Still can't get into my account, but I used my booking reference to check my next flight and see it's linked to a 101....
Flying club number.
I tried phoning FC, but got the usual long queues message.

Login to Twitter and search for Virgin Atantic. They should come up as @VirginAtlantic. You can then write a tweet to them using the @VirginAtlantic handle so they see it. Once you've brought up their page there's an icon top right with a square and feather quill. Click on that and it should open a new tweet to them window

thanks MoJoJo,
I did all that and got as far as composing a tweet but I can't sent it. the little feathery tweet box is greyed out.
Even my normal link to V Flyer isn't working so I'm having to Google it each time.
But, on the up side, I have emailed Virgin and got an automated reply that it has reached the contact centre service team.
