New Website Meltdown

Is anyone else having the same problems with the new website?

When i tried it at the weekend it seemed I'd been given a new FC no - was expecting that. Managed to login and get new password.
Unfortunately when accessing my account Tier points had been changed and didn't reflect the x25 transfer. Miles not allocated for my recent flight and my account was no longer in chronological order. Couldn't get 12 months earning history as previously.

Also Shops Away inaccessible >-(

Now can't login at all - error message and please try again.

Frustrating - have tweeted lots with not much happening. The old website was clunky but it worked. Anyone any idea how long this will take to get sorted - can't be doing VS reputation any good.
