Virgin Delta - Global check-in broke + wave from LHR CH

For those flying today - please be aware that the Virgin/Delta systems are down.
Just dropped my bag off before coming to the delights of the Clubhouse. Luckily I'd checked in 24hrs ahead of my flight.
Big queues at all the desks for those who hadn't already checked in, V helpful staff informing those in the queue re the state of play. Appears as if even on-line check-in is now broke ......
Clubhouse a sea of tranquility compared to downstairs
Felt sorry for the CH staff as they're going to have to deal with a lot of grumpy passengers. So bought them some chocolate to help
