I wanted to update my existing booking by adding my contact address in the USA as required.

I have tried several times, but system was unable to do this and suggested trying again later, tried the phone, but nobody is answering at Virgin today,
Anybody having a similar experience on the website??

As discussed in this...I hate to call it a thread, more like a rope...here it looks as if the advance passenger information entry has now been "enhanced" so that you can only do it at OLCI.
