Has anyone else had difficulties printing boarding passes using OLCI?

I have tried using both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome but when I press the 'Print Boarding Passes' button nothing happens. My printer is working fine for other stuff and it's not the end of the world as we can always pick up a real boarding pass at the airport.

The same issue was mentioned elsewhere, so it's not just you.

Have you tried via the app? No idea if VS still offer Wallet (PassBook) boarding passes on iOS devices on the new system?

Being unable to print / issue a boarding pass for a flight to the USA normally means one or more of your party have been SSSS'd/ (Selected for Secondary Security Screening). You have to pick up a boarding pass at the airport desk, even though the barcode on it is the same.

Another thing I noticed about the new mobile boarding passes - since the DL system upgrade - the QR codes on the boarding passes no longer grey-out after the date of the flight has passed.

Thanks. Can't use the App as I am checking in myself and my son and the app doesn't allow multiple boarding passes (unlike BA). The boarding passes are issued but it is the print button that doesn't seem to work

Actually the app does now allow checkin for multiple people on the same booking reference, and you can get iOS Wallet boarding passes too.

Not really answering your query but I don't print boarding passes anymore, having had one that couldn't be read at the gate. I'd rather pick it but when I drop the bags.
