Not received an e-ticket

Hi all
Just looking for a bit of reassurance. I changed my booking from PE to UC when I spotted reward seat availability but still haven't received a new e-ticket
I made the change the second week of November and the additional charge is showing up on my CC bill as well as the booking showing when I log on and view my future flights
I chased VA just before Christmas and was told it will be with me soon
I don't travel until April and I understand that tickets are processed in order of flying date but should I be concerned?
I was so pleased to have bagged UC reward seats and I guess I'm just paranoid it will all go wrong!

No need to worry. Reticketing is a manual process and it's a very small team.

Chase it up a month before you travel if you've still not received it.

We did the same in July, having originally booked a PE outbound fare.

We are still waiting for the e-ticket :-O I was told the same sob story about the manual processing and the team being understaffed. But over six months to resend the e-ticket, well it's unbelievable but true.

We travel in March so perhaps we might get some sort of priority soon !!!!! I live in hope.
