Or, Greetings from LGW Clubhouse where the first Redhead and breakfast has been delivered.
Not bad timings ... out of my Sofitel bed at 6, repacked from from last night, shuttle train, bag drop security.... arrived CH at 06:45...
My first time at LGW ....I usually fly from, LHR..... and what a small but perfectly formed oasis this is. only a handful of pax here just now.
Staff are amazingly friendly, cheerful and are looking forward to their new North Terminal home, on Wednesday next week.
Diamond Girl is waIting to get me to Antigua for a well earned real rest.

It is a rather lovely place, made so by the people. Enjoy your time there and your Caribbean time. I'm off downstairs for a cup of Earl Grey...

Are the CH staff confident all will open in the North Terminal on time and as planned on Wednesday?

Enjoy, it's such a relaxing CH, my favourite for sure. Say hello to Antigua for me - bring back some warm sunshine, this cold frosty stuff isn't quite the same.
