Hello from the LHR Clubhouse!

Seemed busy when we arrived, but the corridor by the windows was empty, and by 1230 the entire lounge seemed deserted.
Service was as usual lovely, my brother and his wife have never flown UC or Virgin before and are loving it.
It's nice to see through new eyes!
Also, the concierge have apparently fixed my Chicago booking!

Have a good remaining time in the CH and a great flight. Hope VS pulls out all the stops to make it a truly memorable virgin Virgin flight for your brother & sister in law.
