Hi. Just wanted to check.. if we are doing DTCI at Heathrow... should we not online check in the day before? Does it matter if we have? Just wanted to 'secure' the seats we have booked going to LAX.

Also..how is the Heathrow lounge looking these days? How are the refurbs going..which areas are currently closed? Is the menu restricted?

Any info would be gratefully received. Thanks!

You should still check in the day before, you will get the seats confirmed when you do that. If there are any changes that need to be made, the check-in staff at the DTCI desk will be able to sort it.

I was in the lounge a few weeks ago and the menu was not restricted. Food or bar! There was one area closed where the business desks were. Not sure what the status is today, but it did not cause any problems.
