Are there ever promotions on the Virgin to Hilton transfer r

Quick one... I'm looking at converting some of my mountain of VS miles to HH points, as I know I'll use them and get reasonable value from it. Aside from the normal 2:3 rate, have there ever been any promotional rates, as has sometimes happened with Tesco conversions?
I'm not in any desperate rush to convert so if there's a history of better rates popping up from time to time then I might hold fire for now.
