just noticed my oct flight sfo-man is cancelled, didn't receive an email, just happened to look at "my booking". Great customer service from VS to their paid UC and Au customers >-(

Same problem here, Manchester to San Francisco flight in October cancelled and changed to an indirect one via JFK without even the courtesy of an email to inform us. Virgin Atlantic then have the cheek to offer a direct flight from Heathrow for another £1500!!

Yes, I believe the season is being shortened for the BOS/SFO flights - now ending end of September, rather than continuing through to the end of the summer season.
