Looking to do OLCI ASAP before our flight for my party of 4 to get seats together ..I am assuming that I can do this for all 4 of us on the one booking ref, but will I need everybody's passport info at this time?

If so, anything else I need to get from them before doing OLCI?

Hey,

Yes you will need everyone's passport info in order to check them in, should be the standard stuff, passport number, expiry date, and so on. For a trip to the US you'll also need to supply your advanced passenger information (i.e. where you are staying in US) but I would imagine only one person on the booking would need to do this - I'm not 100% sure, perhaps someone else can chime in

Yes you will need everyones passport details including the number, country of issue and expiry date (not sure about issue date but IIRC it's also needed)

You'll also need the address of your 1st nights accommodation.

You cannot check anyone in without that information.

I assume they all have their ESTAs as well.
