We signed Mrs D up to a Virgin Amex Black card in the CH on our way out to MCO in Feb to take advantage of the extra bonus miles.
Checking her flying club shows a balance which we think reflects the miles being there but there is no specific entry for them. It shows the current total and miles earned and redeemed but not a running balance.
Any easy way we can confirm she has received the bonus?

Does it break it down on your actual AmEx card statement? You should see something like the following on page 2 of your monthly card statement:

FLYING CLUB MILES
STANDARD MILES 199.58
BONUS MILES .00
TOTAL MILES 200.00

The bonus miles will show when spending on VS or V Hols. Not sure if the application bonus shows there too?

Mrs D is not well organised. We will try and dig out the old statements.
