Confirmed Booking, Didn't Pay?

Hello,

I called the FC line yesterday to enquire about booking an economy ticket then using miles for an upgrade. They didn't have what I wanted but discussed options with the woman who asked if I wanted to save the itinerary, I said no.

Today I went into the VS app and subsequently the website as I saw the flights I discussed with the woman on the phone are booked as a future flight. I can even choose seats and it says "Passenger Status: Confirmed". However I never gave my credit card or paid for the flight.

Is this a "hold" or something that will expire? I didn't think VS did that. It's been over 24 hours too.

As you didn't pay, there should be no 932 e-ticket number in the passenger details section.

I have no idea though if or when the 'booking' will expire sorry?

Ah, correct, no 932 ticket number. I didn't realize Virgin held unbooked reservations like that. Thought I just got lucky! ;-)
