Evening,

I’ve been having issues all day tryin* to login to the VS website - getting an error saying my email address associated with my account isn’t valid - that’s even when trying to login using my account number.

Anyone else ?

No issues here. I always log-in using my Flying Club Number.

The same issue for two days now - but I can access the App with no problem!

Also had that issue but typing in my e-mail address when it says that has solved it.

Something has recently changed as since around last week, I'm now no longer getting the re-occuring website 'sorry we don't recognise your log-in details' error message I always used to get.

It logs me in first time every time now.

The app is also no longer kicking me out either now.

Thanks Chris, took it out, reentered it and it now says, “error, email already in use”

Just a wee update.

The fabulous @virginatlantic twitter team fixed it for me. Something on their side had become unticked.

Now to escape this awful weather.

Same here - although originally they said no problems. Apparently my email address had been marked as "Invalid" ......
