Have I missed it, or are they not doing the % bonus this time around?
I'm in no urgency to cash them in, so will perhaps hold off.

They only did a conversion bonus in February, and they’re normally only once or twice a year aren’t they?

I think they ran one in Oct/Nov last year so they may do it again this year.
