Well had a fab time driving the west coast and now its home time.

Flying business back on a BA A380 but prefer the AA lounge in T4 despite the check in staffs best attempt to make me go to the BA lounge in terminal b.

Was also quite amusing when the check in staff at the lounge assumed that i wasnt supposed to be in the flagship lounge and ushered us into the normal lounge.

We're doing the tip next year, any hotel recommendations much appreciated!

I do like the AA flagship lounges at both JFK and ORD (I really should sit down and write some brief reports before a certain Irish Lady issues me with a 'chop chop' warning)

Some of the access rules do confuse AA staff so I think they just go into 'no' mode and I wouldn't blame them given the number of AA pax try to get in when they aren't qualified even by status for access.

Anyway flying in J on an international flight operated by a one world partner does allow use of AA Flagship Lounge so you were right to insist.

The "certain Irish Lady" can't give any "chop chop" warnings as she too needs to write some trip reports!

Depends where you are off to we did San Francisco, Yosemite, Monterey, Cambria, L.A, San Diego, back to L.A then home

Sounds similar! We'll be doing San Francisco, Yosemite L.A, Pismo, Monterey, Big Sur, back to SFO
