I suspect reward flight inventory will eventually get loaded for A350 flights, it’s just that it’s different inventory and it’s just not been loaded yet.

re reward seats on the A350 flights - these flights have already been on sale for some considerable time and so the allocation for those flights could easily have been gobbled up months ago even before the A350 was scheduled on them.

Possibly true but every single flight, when nobody knew what flight it would operate until the weekend.....seems unlikely. I think I'm likely to go with the previous scenario tat the reward seats just haven't been loaded yet, which is different to how it was the 787-9 flew to Boston.

Has anyone else heard the rumour that the last few A350 deliveries will have a different UC seat for LHR? (Likely the same seat but with full door) On top the announced LHR and smamer LGW J cabin layouts.

I can't seem to find the A350 on any LHR-JFK flights after 28/3/20.
Will that be because it's the end of W19/20 schedule & they haven't decided what routes to use them on for summer?

I remember booking an award seat in economy for the 787-9 flight to Boston back in October 2014. However, a week before that flight I saw G fares available and was able to upgrade. Hopefully more G fares will open up for the a350 flight LHR-JFK.

Exactly that. They'll have 4 flying by that time, all to New York. Desperate to trade in my full fare for some G's on the inaugural.

Noticed the name for G-VJAM is now listed as "Queen of Hearts" instead of "Cool Runner". Makes me wonder whether VS has reversed/reconsidered its decision to add the "diverse" mastheads. Anyone know whether this is the case?

BTW, just read this blog article:
https://youhavebeenupgraded.boardingare ... 1400-euro/

This is for travel for early next year. Great price from London or Inverness. I'm based in NYC and sadly can't take advantage of these fares. These are for reservations made by July 16th.

What was she initially meant to be called?? Connecting the JAM with Queen of Hearts is of course obvious. But I can't recall what her initial name was slated to be.

Originally "Cool Runner" for the masthead that she had presumably been slated to fly with

I really like the new icons!

VS has always tired to sell a “sexy” image, uniforms, tone of voice even down to the adverts as little as 5-6 years ago with an attractive female giving a wink at the end suggestively.

It was an image fit for its time, but time and society moves on and the brand risks looking like a lecherous old man sat in the corner if it doesn’t move with it!

No visible icons on the latest G-VPOP pic VS posted on Twitter yesterday.

There's a couple of pics on A.net as well all showing no icon (yet).

The Points Guy just launched this new video. It's watermarked TPG so am assuming it's their exclusive.

It looks STUNNING!.
