V-Flyer

So I flew to JFK from MAN on Sept 1st on a return MpM Upper Class I fare. I used miles to bring the cost down to a Z fare level. I wanted the extra TP's the I fare gives me to get me back to AU.

I flew back home on the 3rd.

No miles or TP's posted yet even now it's 5 days since the outbound flight which is unusual as I've never had to wait more than 2 or 3 days for miles + TP's to post?

Did an online chat yesterday, they said miles where showing as 'pending'.

Still nothing this morning so rang Flying Club AG - they said their system was telling them the miles and TP's had already posted to my account, which they clearly haven't! They are now having to speak to Flying Club support about this and then ring me back

Miles and TP's now added. FC status also updated back to Gold.....

Next challenge - getting that updated status pushed though to the DL booking I have. That's a no go so far and has been passed to IT now apparently. Removing then re-adding my FC number from the DL booking makes no difference as DL still see me as Silver
