on a recent South West flight between Fort Lauderdale to Phoenix the airline lost 1 of our 2 checked bags. After making numerous phone calls our missing case has not been found so we are about to start with the claim process which we are
expecting to be long & laborious. We have the relevant incident & claim numbers. Have to say that we were amazed that South West do mot have a live baggage tracking system.
Does anyone have any tips they can pass on from experience of making claims for lost luggage.
