Website account statemen missing and Celebs in the Clubhouse

OK, so first a question. Is anyone having problem with accessing their account statement log on the VS website right now? I can see some entries on the home page, under recent activity, but the statement says no entries.

Before calling FC, I wanted to see if I was alone or is this a more general problem.

Also, when flying out of LHR last Tues (Sept 25th), Sir Richard was in the Clubhouse. Seems he was doing some sort of review / recon. Seen a few celebs over the years, but never before bumped into SRB!

My account activity is all displayed as normal

I have had trouble logging on. It said I had entered the wrong details, which is quite possible, but oddly then sent me an email to say my details have been updated.
I tried again and entered details more carefully and logged in. Again I got the same email saying my details have been updated
But from there it all seems OK, but clearly there are still glitches in the software.

Definitely broken for me.

If I try to search a selected period (Last 1/3/6/12 Months) *not* Custom, it tells you that the To/From dates are missing. I cannot get it to pull my activity whatever I try.

I'm just tracking some flight legs from the past couple of weeks, and know some are missing (although I *have* automatically been credited for the transatlantic segments, which I upgraded to Upper with miles at the airport, which is a first - whenever I've used miles in the past, I've had to call FC afterwards to have them manually credited).

I'll call FC over the weekend to see what's happening with the website, and my completely absent account activity log!
