Flying Club - website and app not in sync

Anyone else seeing a difference between what the app and the desktop website states for your number of tier points?
My account reset last month so before last weekend, I had 0 TP's. After this weekend's return flights I now have 120 TP's, however, the website still says 0, yet the app shows the correct number?
App (which is correct):

My app is correct but desktop is saying 0 TPs. It does this once a quarter so I’ve somewhat given up doing anything about it.

Same here. Website says zero points but app is correct with 350.
I queried this on 2nd November with FC Helpline who replied:
"Hello Paul,
Thank you for getting in touch.Hope you are well.
I do apologise for the issues that you seem to be having.
We are experiencing an IT issue where the online platform is showing a zero tier points balance to all Flying Club members but this is being looked into as a priority and should be rectified within the next few working days. I am sorry for the confusion but this will soon display your correct balance once again".
Seems as though VS "few days" is longer than my expectation of a few days.. still not sorted.
Paul

Does anyone know an airline that has good easy simple to use IT that is reliable?
Don't get me wrong VS is much better than it used to be pre-Air4 but the lack of transparency with FC transactions is annoying and now this!

Looks like it's still broken.
Spoke to someone at FC yesterday and they said it was a known issue right now.

I've now been having ongoing problems since the end of Sept, and getting absolutely no help from VS CS. See this post:
viewtopic.php?f=4&t=297761&p=946420#p946420Add to this, as you've seen, the tier points disappeared a few days ago. So right now, I have these problems:
- A completely blank 'My Activity' page since late Sept
- Missing flights (but I can't check precisely what, because of the point above)
- As of a few days ago, showing Zero tier, points whereas it should currently be around 500
I was promised a resolution to the missing account activity and flights by the beginning of this week, but not only has it not been corrected - when I chased it yesterday, and highlighted the added issue of zero tier points, they just replied with the (obviously) canned response about tier points, and complete ignored the 2 other issues that have been affecting my account for what is now nearly 1 1/2 months .
As I pointed out in my email yesterday, any loyalty scheme is supposed to incentivise, but for the past couple of years it has been more of a disincentive encouraging me to focus more on other airline frequent flyer programs - and I've been Flying Club for 20 years (before it was even called Flying Club). These IT issues seem to have been regular for that past 2 years, since the changes!

I have the same problem. I emailed and no response. I called and was told it was a minor problem. It's been about a week and nothing has been done about it.

VS site and app are essentially cheaper and more sluggish versions of Delta's offerings, which apart from skins and a few other features are identical. When Delta has issues, few and far between - resolution time is minimal. Simply not the case for VS.
Anyone else find the VS website is slow, login process takes ages... etc
ALL Tier Points suddenly gone from account!

Got some weird 'Annual Statement' email from Virgin today that I've never had before, went to my account and found all my TPs for the past year had gone - back to a big fat '0'.
Renewal for me was Nov 30th, and I'd earned over the magic 1000 for my Au (10th year, I think)
now it says i have Zero and need to earn 1000 by Nov 30th 2018 - 2 weeks away! ?!
I suspect some website snafu, but still - what the heck Virgin!
I'd advise you to check your accounts also!

Looks like this has now finally been fixed as the desktop site shows my correct number of TP’s again

Something else I did notice the other day was that my Flying Club Profile seemed to have lost both my known traveller number and my redress number. Re-added those again now!

Great stuff. It looks as though this issue was somehow affecting my upcoming DL booking as the DL app would crash every time I tried to load my booking!
No more though.

Depends what browser you are using. I can't log in on Chrome, my default, but can on Firefox.
That was not a thing 4 weeks ago. Sigh.
