I’m struggling with shops away atm.

Having bought Disney tickets via the shops away website, of that fact I am absolutely certain, they are trying to tell me I didn’t.

Also I have about 1000 points which have been sitting pending in my account for well over the 45 days, not hotel or flight points, and Shops Aways keep fobbing me off about when they will be approved.

Has anyone ever had any luck in finding a phone number for them as trying to sort this out via email is getting very frustrating.

Have you tried contacting Flying Club? Or you could give them a try on twitter because I've always found them to be helpful on there.
Interesting to note tho that the site is actually operated by Collinson Latitude so I'm not 100% certain any of the above will be able to help and also whenever I've got emails from them referring to missing miles the time always comes up as PST (Pacific Standard Time) which is American time zone wherever this Collinson Latitude is based in UK it seems so god knows?!

BTW, with these Disney tickets, have you used a voucher code or something because usually one of the restrictions in the Ts&Cs is that you don't get the miles if you have.

No voucher, no code just via shops away straight onto the Disney website and bought 5 tickets.

It’s all very frustrating and to be honest I’m not sure I’m going to continue with shops away as it seems be be too much effort needed to keep checking and chasing for the points you’re supposed to get with little or no effort.

IK, it’s starting to get a bit ridiculous as I always seem to be having to clams for missing miles.

If I buy something on my Mac it never ever tracks through, same on my ipad!

I bought a new iphone XS a few months ago and made sure I did it on my Windows work laptop. The miles posted scuessfully!
