After a terrible experience with the above flight I have just sent off an email complaint, does anyone one have a copy of a overnight/breakfast upper class menu so I can compare what we were served?

Thank you for the replies, long story short, cold food, no call button, no lay flat bed 45 degree angle, no drinks service, not hot options for breakfast, couldn't even get a hot tea or coffee. No in flight entertainert offered. I believe upper class food was not loaded and after reading the menu, it appears I was correct. 1 starter of salad, red thai curry or beef stew for main and one dessert option offered. A shambolic service that was met with we are doing the best we can!

Curious as to what VS response will be to this especially as they tried avoiding these situations by leasing the for a33-200s.

I remember doing a random search on my plane tracking App and caught VS27 going adjacent to Waterford and I noted it was the Wamos Air 747

I was next to my brother in law at the time and I remember saying to him god help those who’ve spent money to fly Upper Class. The next sentence was god help VS when the fall out happens...

Sounds awful. Don't understand why VS couldn't load their food and drink on this flight.

Only have one pic of the seat in bed mode and the menu but cannot figure out how to submit them. I don't want to appear like a snob as I'm fully aware there are far more worrying problems in the world but I did spend a great deal of money as a 50th birthday treat for my partmer and as a surprise for my mum.
