60 tier points by Jan 31st do I can remain a silver member?

I have 1 flight booked in April and will have another for the end of the year which does not help.

Book an Economy Light fare to a US destination with a Delta connection. You'll get 25 TPs per Virgin leg and the DL connections will give you 5 each. 25+5+5+25 = 60TPs. That'll probably be the cheapest way!

Is it really worth spending £400+ on a TP run just to retain silver? For gold, maybe. Not silver though, given how little it gives you.
