I’m new to this forum. I have managed to book reward seats for October by calling Virgin. I now need to change my return, at moment none available. I was told by assistant to keep checking in app. Can someone pkease explain how I do this.

You just book a dummy reward flight on the route you require using the website or app.

Even if you don't have enough miles it will still let you find reward flights, just not book them.

Use the VS website https://www.virginatlantic.com or use the VS app, which is available on iOS or Android.

Using the website:



1) Click where it says Advance search.
2) Select Miles in the payment type list.
3) Fill in all the other details including airport codes, dates, one-way in your case and cabin.
4) Click Find My Flights to search.
