Anyone able to confirm whether the lounge is open for the VS158 early morning departure (8:15am) back to LHR? Seem to remember it was only open in the evenings.

I would imagine it will now have to open in the morning to accomodate the new VS158!

Quoting the website -

The Clubhouse is open from around four hours before the departure time of Virgin Atlantic flights.

IIRC JFK opens for the morning then closes in the day then opens later for the evening flights. But I may be totally making that up.

Nah you are correct there. I don't believe it's a PP lounge or caters for other airlines (besides SQ suites I believe?)

From what I can remember, the spa doesn't open for the early morning flight from JFK and the consumption of alcohol is also limited as well.
