Are rows 14 and 20 on the LGW 747 still held back until OLCI, airport check in, or are they now released at 331 days?
Last time iwent to MCO they weren't available until the airport.

Bulkhead seats tend to be held back until airport check-in unless you are travelling with a baby.
If there are no infants in need of these bassinet positions, ask for them at the airport check-in desks and hope you got there first

The only aircraft in the VS fleet that don't have bassinet positions in the bulk head row in Premium are the A346's in row 18, seats D, F and G i.e. the middle 3 seats.
(both sets of bulk-head window seats on the A346's do have bassinets fitted).
I'm sure I've managed to grab one of these bulk-head row middle seats on the A346's either before or during OLCI in the past.
All other Premium cabin bulk-head rows remain blocked until you are at the airport.

20 A and C are usually available at 331 days - I have these on a couple of future flights.
