Is shopsaway down?
Usual link once you log into flying club doesn’t automatically take you across

Don't think so as I have just managed to log on with out any problems.

It doesn't work for me either. Log into Shops Away and then it takes you back to the log in screen with no error message. I've reported it to the website team. They keep asking for an error message and I keep telling them there isn't one!

The link from the VS website does appear to be down, however, you can still access the Shops Away site directly at https://shop.virgin-atlantic.com/en/
