we are flying out of LHR in a few weeks, we are on the VS001 to EWR, it leaves at 16.05. If we get there early enough do you think i would be able to have my hair done and a couple of other treatments. I'm a bit worried they might not be able to do my hair.

Any advice would be appreciated,

That tends to be the quietest time of day in the Clubhouse so you should be fine.

Just bear in mind you don’t get much for free any more - anything other than the most basic treatment/hairdo is chargeable.
