V-Flyer

Love flying the VIrgin 747's and recently had a rare opportunity flying with a co-worker seated directly across the cabin in premium economy. Both being aviation geeks we took video of landing in Orlando and edited together to offer simultaneous window views. Never seen this done and cool to see a perspective of both sides of the aircraft especially from a 747 from Gatwick. Anyone else ever see or do anything like this? Too bak couldn't get a cockpit view. Flight was on March 29th.

WOW! That is a cool video! When they start to run the 350's in you should repeat the exercise and add in the tail cam footage!

A very good video & don't think I've seen one like it before. (Have seen rollercoaster videos with the actual rider view & the VR headset view [on coasters with VR] side-by-side).

I can only hope for the OP & his colleagues sanity that the young child with fairly active vocal cords on the final approach slept for as much of the flight as possible! Thanks for doing the video though, an interesting watch as I always sit on the A side of the plane going to MCO to get the sunshine on my side when at cruising altitude.

This is brilliant and has got us very excited for our flight in 3 days... we will be sitting on the right hand side this time(7&8k) so won't see the Space Centre, but I love landing at MCO, so this was a great way to take a break from work this afternoon. Thanks for posting this.

Thanks for all the nice comments. Enjoyed making the video and have some Gatwick takeoff videos I'll probably put together also very similar. All the comments were spot on from the crying baby and concentrating and hoping to do it again on a future flight perhaps on a A350. I work at Orlando airport and look forward to more flights and welcoming everyone to Orlando on holiday!

I have take-off videos from Heathrow to Miami and leaving Miami, but still on my phone. Not really sure where to store them.
Amazingly, there was no wait at Heathrow that day and we went down the taxiway and straight out. G-VINE then got us down to South Florida safely and an hour before scheduled landing time! Great times....

Great video...wondered what it would look like if you flipped the left and right views over, counter intuitive i know but might look cool with the wings centred/attached in the centre of the shot
