Afternoon All !

When looking for VS reward seats I can get them up on the app ( single day at a time) but when I go onto the website to look at flexible dates it doesn’t let me select the miles option at all.

Does anyone have any suggestions???

I continually have this problem. Drives me mad. Are you using an Apple device as it appears to be a common factor among colleagues. I’ve raised it several times but nothing fixed yet.

I find the easiest way is to find the flights on rewardflightfinder.com and then use single dates on virgin site.

Virgin IT leave a lot to be desired with bits like this, the BA search functionality is a lot better imo (but then BA have can’t seem to keep people’s data safe swings and roundabouts I guess )

The problem with rewardflightfinder is that is only works for VS flights, it doesn’t work with indirect mixed VS/Delta flights.

Ah apologies then, thought you were only after VS rewards.
