V-Flyer

Tried to search for an answer, so sorry if someone else has covered this. I'm due to fly PE MAN-JFK on an A330-200 (one of the re-furbished ex-Air Berlin) and am picking my seats.

I was wondering if the rear seats in PE (row 18) can fully recline or does the bulkhead severely reduce the recline?
