JFK clubhouse-alcohol available in morning?

Read online somewhere that jfk lounges can’t serve alcohol before 1030am....anyone know if case? Flying through JFK in few weeks in delta and want to use gold benefits instead of the sky lounge

I was under the impression it’s 8am Mon-Sat and noon on Sundays. Unless it’s changed. Due to NYC licensing laws.

No, the JFK Clubhouse do not serve alcohol in the mornings neither does the Sky Club. Different story once you step onboard of course.

It is the same for both the JFK and the BOS Clubhouses for the morning flights over to the United Kingdom.
Evenings flights - Services Resume as normal

I'm shocked, no pre-flight bubbly, it's prohibition all over again
currently sitting in the bijou Sala VIP at ACE waiting for yet another delayed BA flight, I shall have another mini-cava to help calm myself
