Trying to change Mrs South Roma’s Flying Club password, but not having any success.

Following a problem trying to log in to her FC account on the VA website, we received an email instructing ‘click on the following link’ to reset the p/word. All very good, except there is no ‘link’ on the email. Tried several times, but always the same reply, with no link.

Telephoned the F/C but no success.

I wanted to forward the email with a note, but couldn’t find a specific email address for the FC, so before I print off a copy of the email and send a letter to Crawley I thought I would just ask if any-one had had a similar problem or could suggest another solution.

Just tried the link. Unfortunately it has resulted in exactly the same email with, again, no link to click on.
