Was randomly browsing flights in the app and noticed on the NYC route that flights served by the A350 had a clear "New Plane" against them. Avoids having to remember flight numbers etc.

Yeah, I thought that was a nice touch.

I wonder if it says "Old Plane" for the 340 and 747 routes

Also says new interior on some of the Delta options

I just saw those these morning too. Lol @CommanderB "derelict interior" might be a better word for the 340s.

They're also announcing it with a bit of fanfare in the CH too. It's rammed busy this morning and there's A350 promotion all over the joint.

DL have started doing this with their app as well now indicating new A/C routes.

I just wish VS would add proper checked luggage tracking to their app like DL do!!!

There's a special A350 launch press flight today heading to JFK.
