I have a flight coming up on DL to MSP in Delta One. I have a friend on the same flight on a different booking/PNR in economy. I'm also VS Gold. My understanding is that I can guest my friend into the clubhouse, is that correct? I've never guested someone in before so I want to check before I get their hopes up.

Correct, given that they’re on the same flight.

Thought so, thank you.

I assume the same will apply for the SkyClub in ATL on our return? Traveling VS this time, I'm in Upper, friend in economy.

Yes, flying Upper or being Au always entitles you to guest someone in as long as they’re on the same flight.

If you have never visited any of the DL Sky Lounges at ATL - don't expect a huge amount even from the International lounge as other than having the semi-open air Sky Deck and showers, it's nothing spectacular with mediocre self service limited 'snacks' so don't spend any longer in there than you need to.

When I visit that lounge I tend to head upstairs as it's generally quieter up there.

Yeah, sometimes I like to remind myself how the other half live.

We're pretty damn lucky with the Clubhouse.

Thanks again for confirming I've read correctly.

I've been in a fair few SkyClubs, particularly ATL. It's just I've never guested anyone in before so wanted to check I understood the rules before I got any hopes up. Thanks again.

The Concourse F Skyclub is not that bad. It is quiet and relaxing upstairs and whilst there are better places to get a hot meal the soups there always hit the spot...
Apparently VS Gold & Upper pax now get free Premium drinks at DL Skyclubs at ATL, SEA, MCO & MIA.

Sorry, 1 last question (hopefully).
I assume my friend can also use the priority security with me after check-in at Heathrow as well?

Yes, Au and UC/DL1 can take one guest through the wing as well.
