It is nearly 331 days to the date I wish to book a flight. I am out of practice booking VS reward flights. At what time of the day can I call to make the booking? Is it midnight our time, midnight in the country of departure or an entirely different time entirely?

i tried after midnight and was told to ring back in the morning at 8am which i did and then got booked

I think you might struggle to book a reward flight 331 days out - don't think they are released the same time as the initial revenue fares.

They have availability on the website for reward flights 331 days out and I have certainly booked them that far out in the past, though they were miles to upgrade, rather than outright miles + tax. I shall find out soon.

Called this morning and all booked 331 days out. Flying Club confirmed reward flights are released on same day if available. Good to know.
