Tier points and credit card voucher questions

Hi, two questions

Im looking at booking Stockholm-Singapore on Singapore Airlines, which stops in Moscow each way for just over an hour. Does each one way flight (as one flight number) count as one or two segments for Flying Club TP earning?

I previously earned the UK credit card voucher for hitting £10k spend. When used as a 2-4-1, it allows different cabins depending upon status. Is this the status at the time that the voucher is earned or redeemed? This trip will hopefully tip me in to silver, so hoping I can get a PE 2-4-1.

If you book Stockholm-Singapore on a single ticket on the same flight, it will only count as one segment. The stop in Moscow is irrelevant.

It’s your FC status at the time of redeeming the voucher that determines which reward options are open to you, so you should be fine for Premium.

Gumshoe is absolutely correct but to clarify it a bit for posterity, both flights have the same flight number which prevents you from earning two sets of TPs. If they had different flight numbers you would earn TPs for each segment.
