Good Morning From LGW N Terminal Clubrooms Lounge

Just a quick wave from the Clubrooms Lounge, LGW N Terminal, having polished off a 'full English' and relaxing before boarding the VS 27 to Orlando. Currently showing as 'on time' (10.10) and expected to get in around 15 minutes early (14.20).
Very early start with local taxi picking us up from Ascot at 0600. Good run on the M25, but traffic heavier on M23. Arrived LGW just on 0700. Taxi driver used his trolley gadget (apparently bought on line) to get us a cart for our four cases (Mrs South Roma still not travelling light). Thought we had a bonus as there was a coin in the slot on the trolley, but when I dumped it at the trolley park, it only dispensed an old style £1 coin.
We are travelling PE but Sally, on the UC desk, took pity on us standing in the queue and processed us straight away. No upgrade, though! Not that busy at the VA check in, although Sally said it had been quite steady so far today.
Quite busy landside, and p/p control (inc priority lane - absolutely stuffed) took almost 15 minutes to get through.
Duty-free 'glitter brick road' packed. Have they extended this? Seems to take even longer to get round.
Airside equally busy but the lounges appear fairly quiet. Clubrooms about only a quarter full.
I'll try and do a note on the flight - if I can keep awake. These very early starts are no fun.
