V-Flyer

Hi, im trying to book flights back from Vegas to LHR via JFK on Delta. There is reward availability showing on the delta website. I’m chatting to Virgin via text and they say the flights aren’t available for reward bookings. I was under the impression, if it’s available on the delta site then I can book it with virgin miles. Am I missing something??

Answered. Due to Coronovirus the internal flights have been cancelled.
