"carrier imposed surcharges" refunded from cancelled tix?
Posted: 16 Mar 2020, 21:22Hi all, cancelled Covid tickets: I understand govt taxes are refunded, not the 'base fare' but are the "Carrier -imposed surcharge" costs refunded? They are near double the base fare on our Ec tickets!
