Fc miles award, how do you pay?

Not sure if this us something to do with the FC issues, but.

I via what’s app, booked one paid UC seat and two FC miles UC seats.
The two bookings are live and when I log into my FC account it identifies the Reward booking
I have paid the paid booking (separate booking ref)

But, how do I pay the taxes and mikes? My account is stilll showing all the miles in. My account.

Is it anotger what’s app chat?

Sounds as if the miles booking is just on hold if you haven't paid any for it. I'd suggest contacting them to make payment otherwise you risk the hold ending and the availability being lost.

I would contact them again if you haven't paid.

When I did mine via WhatsApp they sent me a link to a secure payment page at the time of booking which you complete and that "replies" to the WhatsApp thread.
