My holiday for next week to Orlando/Clearwater has been cancelled, they have transferred my holiday to 2021 just date change nothing else was my request leaving on a Wednesday arriving home on a Saturday morning. So checking my new email booking sent to me, leaving Wednesday arriving home on a Sunday?? They have me checking out of hotel on Thursday but checking me into last hotel on a Friday so creating an extra day with nowhere to stay Thursday night. I won’t mind if they pay for it. What can I do. ? I cannot email or call at this time as only dealing with 72 bookings.

WhatsApp them on : +44 20 3322 3289. I always get a reply usually within 24 hours. When it replies with an auto message, send your message again straight away and it seems to get answered much quicker xxx
